Black Death Feigning Beetle

These adorable desert beetles defend themselves from predators by playing dead, once they feel the threat is gone, they flip back over and carry on with their beetle activities.

They should have about a 50-50 mix of sand and soil as substrate, they can happily live in groups for upwards of 8 years. They do well with succulents, rocks, cholla, and plenty of other clutter to hide in.
